No kicking or banning unless the rules have been violated. This should be fairly self-explanatory if you read the FlirtCentral rules page. You
always warn the person that you are about to kick in private and explain what they are doing wrong, send
them to our web page so they can view the rules and tell them if they do not stop they will be kicked. If
they do not comply with the rules, then you can kick. If the person comes back and starts the offence again,
in private warn them and tell them you are going to kick them again and if he or she doesn't stop, you ban
them on the third offence. I think this is wise to always give them the warning so they can not come back
and complain about not knowing the rules or what the offence was.

No Unauthorized OP's!! This includes giving ops to non-ops, raising the level of an OP or opping
your friends.

NO ABUSING YOUR OP STATUS!!!! OP's who abuse their power will lose their OP status. One warning will be
given.

NO Bots Or Clones. Because it can cause problems with X if not properly used and they will not be allowed
under any circumstances. Clones are also not allowed except in cases of disconnection etc. When your last
nick is still in the channel and in that case, it should be kicked.

Problems Between OP's. Should be handled between you and the other Op. DO NOT under any circumstance take this
disagreement out in the channel. It WILL NOT be tolerated. If you can not resolve the matter then you can
ask Sugarr or Trvlnman and it will be solved for you.

OP School is a requirement. We would like every person that applies for Op to go to the Op School that #Cservice
offers. Please check with them and find out when the next class starts. We want the Ops here to have some
idea how to perform all the normal Op functions and any other IRC commands.

No Voicing (+V). We have so many new people and we do not want the ones that do spend time in there
that are fairly new to get their feelings hurt cause they are not voiced.

OP's responsibility. Is to oversee channel operation. You are not to take sides in arguments between channel
guest. The channel is not to be used for your personal hunting ground. Your job is to facilitate the flow
of conversation between guest. If you wish to be romantic and give someone all your attention then you must
deop and participate like a regular guest.

Being OP'ed. If you are going to enjoy Op status then you must partake in channel conversation.
If you wish to talk in private then you must deop or leave channel.
